1.All items we sell is new. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price within 30 days of your purchase
2.For any exchange or refund, the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories.
3.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
4.To save on both of our shipping cost,we normally suggest defective items will be replace with your next order.
5.Buyers need to return the defective item for the replacement at his own cost (You may return defective players to us 1-2 times one month). Item must be returned by registered air mail to our requested address.
